Sarah is definitely available through agencies such as TLC, and independently.

As for her performance, I can't speak from personal experience but her reviews here average about 9 out of 10 so that speaks for itself.

I've spoken with her several times at conventions - she's always been very nice.  We've discussed meeting but it just hasn't happened yet.

Read my review complete package and at $$$$$ a STEAL unbelievable appointment total package GFE/PSE. Great kisser, awesome BBBJ and when we capped it all hell broke loose. As I look back she had as much fun as me totally into the visit. I must ad she can be booked privately for $$$$$ or $$$$$ privately fuck Pamela she is a ripoff. Just my .02 cents.

She books independently - she often posts her own ads.

Also, if you meet up with her at a club where she is featuring, or at a convention like Exxxotica, you can talk to her direct and make a date.

Of course, I don't set Sarah's rates.  She might have given him a deal for some reason.  But, I haven't heard of her rates being at $500/hr in several years which makes me question the other poster's statement.  The lowest I've heard in the last 5 years was $800/hr.  That $500 might have been for 30 minutes though

I agree, I wouldn't call Pam or any of the other agencies rip offs. They offer a service, are up front with the fees and people are typically very satisfied. As long as they are upfront with the fee and the performer gets an equitable share there's nothing wrong with what or how they do their business.  

In addition they are good contributors to this board and always open to responding to questions. So no reason to create beef with them.  

Also arguing about prices is pretty pointless, ladies will charge what they can and the agencies as well. In fact I expect the fees to increase not decrease as the hot performers will chase the few who have survived and are thriving post recession were you're either wealthy or wish you were.  

At the same time I personally tend to avoid booking through the agencies because I know for a fact that pretty much any woman they list for $1200, $1500 even $1800 per hour can be had for under a $1000 per hour independently. Just got to do your home work and find them. Make the connection and move on it.  

I saw Sarah Vandella independently in NYC a few years ago, for much less than any agency would book her I'm sure. She is wonderful and one of the few porn stars who are perhaps more pretty without the makeup than she is with all the glam slammed on.  

Bethany Benz is another favorite of mine in this category, where you can see her independently $500-600 whereas through the agencies she's listed under you're likely to pay double that amount if not more.  

So I wouldn't call Pam or any other agencies a rip off, just unnecessary overhead.

Saw her about 2 months ago. She was very nice, I booked through her assistant and her rate was very reasonable. The session isn't what I would call a full PSE as she had some rules, I'd say it was more of an aggressive GFE. She said she would "do more" the next time we met and that she would feel more comfortable the next time she came back to town. Not sure if I'd repeat, but she did look great and the rate was very reasonable. Plus she is a very sweet woman.

I saw this discussion re Pamela and had to respond. Sometimes she simply doesn't respond to emails or contact. Now to be clear I have used Pam on several occasions for years, so her failure to respond is not by any means a habit but she does fail to respond on occasions. Maybe its because the girl hasn't gotten back to her but a simple email sentence telling me that would be nice. As someone who she has dealt with for years I would like to think she'd treat me a little better than that. But on the other hand, its not fair to call her a rip off at all, but she's not perfect either.

 I try to avoid using the angry face when posting, but the comment regarding Pamela was inappropriate and I'm very protective of people that are kind to me...and, she has been.  She's so awesome that she even stated if I had 'regulars' or if people I knew from board interactions contacted me, I could book them direct and set my own rate.  But I assured Pamela...if potential clients contacted me, from ads that she'd posted for me, I would have them contact her.  I do have integrity and am loyal, and think this is only fair to her.  
   
 Pamela is a lovely lady, and I have great respect for her!
