with no required help from FEMA or the State, thank you very much. I was without power for 6 days. No one injured at home, but there were two fatalities in the area. I’m not back to 100% as I don’t have full services restored yet.

my guess is the local PD did'nt engage in looting and desertion,

and the citizens were'nt shooting at rescue workers....

We could be doing your fat momma jokes and there would be a political twist. Kile's reference is to Katrina, and the fucked-up mess caused by Nagin and Blanco. He was also referring to other more recent disaster where the local population and first responders did what they had to do to minimize loss of life and move forward, unlike New Orleans. Kile is generally a man of few words.
