She is horribly ignorant. I don't think Palin is the most qualified, I don't think she has as much as experience as other, I don't even think she's done a good job in the past.

For me, I just care who I think can do the best job over the next 4 years. Palin is so ignorant of a great multitude of issues that are relevant to the job of the vice president that I don't think she is likely to do a good job. In many ways, she is simply uneducated.
Unfortunately that ignorance is a large part of her appeal to middle America. Few hockey moms have any fucking clue about international politics. Few people in small towns have any fucking clue about international politics. Few small town mayors have any fucking clue about international politics. Many governors haven't any fucking clue about international politics. She's not so unusual, but neither is she qualified.
not a vice presidential one. The same case you make about hockey moms could also be made about "community organizers"and state senators.
I don't think that much about Palin's qualifications either, and I'm not wild about the fact that she is a bible thumping jesus freak. The facts are however that Obama is every bit as unqualified as Palin and he is running for POTUS. Yes I might be a little nervous that Palin MIGHT be POTUS if McCain is elected, but that pales in comparison to my fears of what happens if Obama is elected.
You make a statement that "few people in small towns have any fucking clue about international politics" by extension are you saying that people in large cities have a better grasp? If so, what motivates you to make such a broad statement? Is it the fact that you live in a large city and think you are smarter than all those small town hicks?
