The GOP is not dead. I was told it was dead when Nixon resigned in disgrace.
I was told it was dead when President Obama was elected. It wasn't. And re-elected. It wasn't.
I was told it was dead when Mrs. Clinton ran against the Donald. It wasn't.
I was told there would be a blue wave this past November. Didn't happen.
I will acknowledge they are acting nuttier than ever but they will reform and come back.
With all their turmoil, we actually lost seats in the house and still don't control the senate on key, major issues.
If history holds, they will take back the house back in 2022.
If they don't implode, they will nominate someone like Nikki Haley in 2024 and she will look very reasonable compared to all the whack jobs in that party.
Are they in trouble? For sure. Dead? Far from it.

but by following Trump path, the party will be fractured to hard right led by Trump, Qanon and Proud Boys and the moderate wing (George Bush) wing. The only way that moderate can win if the corporate America start boycotting these extreme faction of GOP fruit cakes because they are getting out of control.
