But, I'm with you. I'm usually torn between voting for candidates of one of the two major parties, and that of third party candidate. I still think, in the end, voting for national level candidates is like re-arranging the chairs on a cruise ship in the hopes of influencing its destination.

It drives me crazy when conservatives give George W Bush decent grades and then proceed to bash on Barack Obama's big government spending. It's very hypocritical in my opinion.

I voted Republican for the first 20 years of my voting life. I got so disgusted with the elephants, I switched to the Libertarian party. I know I am "wasting" my vote, but I won't be fooled again. I'll vote Libertarian again in 2012 unless the Republicans nominate a true limited government advocate such as Ron Paul.
