There has been rampant fraud involving ngo funding through means of health care, school care and homeless outreach. I am glad something may finally be done about it.
Watch for local leaders Bass and Gavin to urge the locals to resist and riot. Thats how they will keep the fraud going. I hope im wrong though and its finally brought to light.
