All he did was point out ACCURATELY that Trump APPOINTED Pirro and did not NOMINATE her. He never ruled out a nomination in the future.
I do expect she'll be nominated. After all, why would Trump appoint her if he didn't intend to do that.
PS: Pirro is a toxic hag, er, hack, whose ex-husband was convicted of tax fraud and conspiracy and was almost certainly "mobbed up." Trump pardoned him before leaving office the first time.
