First of all, while the headline screams "$75 BILLION," it's only later that the article points out that cost is over 25 YEARS. So pardon me if I don't clutch my pearls. Also, I have an extremely efficient heating system in my woodland estate and plenty of income to cover any increases. Unlike Wanker I don't rely on a meager gubmint stipend.

What Willy is pointing out is that, A. You live in New York and B. The citizens of New York are now facing higher energy prices due to nutty liberal policy’s.
