When a politician runs for office,  s/he is making a promise to the people, whom they will service, that if s/he wins, s/he will serve that full term, unless there are extenuating circumstances. but I had more important thing to do then to counsel you this weekend. I don't live at my computer like you do.

Interesting that Alaska was flourishing under Palin while almost every other State was floundering and heavily in debt.

Alaska had a record # of jobs during her tenor.
She didn't allow lobbyists in her office to taint her decisions or bribe her.
Her approval ratings were always in the 90% range and lets face it. Alaska doesn't have a welfare state mentality and retards who can't even read a ballot.
She vetoed millions of wasteful spending and Alaska still has a AAA credit rating.  

I could go on and on. She was an accomplished Governor and no one can deny that she ran perhaps the most efficient State in America.

That said Laffy, I am not a big fan of hers. She wasn't ready in 08, and she's for all intent an purposes out now.  I did support her against Obama, the worse president in the history of the USA. Only an idiot would support Obama now. It's such a shame that we always have to choose the lesser of two evils.

In addition, I am not a righty. When people shed the right/left/republican/democrat suits, you will be able to wake up and see the light.

Because the liberals made her so famous by trashing her in every liberal newspaper and news broadcast, she capitalized on that and is a now very rich woman.

I have to admit, at first I thought she was a breath of fresh air, and I was leaning toward voting for McCain before he picked her. I come from generations of hardnosed homesteaders from NV, UT and ID, and I appreciate saying it like it is. However, as time went on, and all her foibles mounted up, I couldn't stand her, and I voted against McCain for his decision of picking her, and out of fear of him dying in office, and leaving her to be president.
