BIDEN ISSUES PREEMPTIVE PARDONS for General Mark Milley, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Jan. 6 Committee, and police officers who testified before  Committee.  

Biden: “The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.”

Biden’s statement re acceptance of the pardon not being an admission of guilt is wrong. Big surprise.

A pardon carries an imputation of guilt and that acceptance carries a confession of guilt.

As Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee I will not rest until the entire truth of the coverup is exposed.

I think your take that it’s put a stop to the nonsense is off. It won’t stop the search for truth. Did Liz Cheney tamper with witnesses? Was Joe Biden “the Big Guy” who was getting 10% of the top of all of Hunter’s international “deals”? Those questions will be answered going forward.

You are asking questions. That's fine in a democracy. But the most powerful man in the world as of today has ALREADY determined they are guilty and has done so time and time again. THAT is why Joe needed to hand out those pardons. Trump had them convicted not just without a trial but before any investigation. It's one of the many examples of him hating democracy. Thanks for helping me make that point crystal clear.

Biden just preemptively pardoned Fauci, Milley, Jan 6th committee, and his family.

There’s a difference, Nicky. Trump’s pardons are for those tried and convicted. Biden’s were preemptive, which have never been tested by the Supreme Court.

Trump's pardons were of people who actually COMMITTED crimes. And included the heads of both the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers. And ChicKie is fine with that.

I’m totally fine with Enrique’s (the head of the Proud Boys) pardon. The Oath Keeper pardon, not so much. That said, as I explained to Robert in the J6 pardon thread, I understand the logic of pardoning all concerned in one fell swoop and I support our president’s decision to close the book on the past and look to the future.

Edit: Upon further review, Nicky’s claim that the Oath Keeper leaders were pardoned is incorrect. Stewart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs were not pardoned today. Their sentences were commuted, but they are among the group of the most violent offenders and leaders who were not pardoned. That should be good news for Nicky.

4 more years of Trump couldnt come at a better time. Only tools, fools and useful idiots thought Kamala was fit for the job.

The wave of executive orders yesterday was a wondeful sight to see.  

If we are lucky, and something tells me we just may be....we get 8 years of Vance after these next 4 glprious years of Trump.
