terror in the country, troops getting killed in Iraq and Afghanistan daily, is it not time to pull out of these countries in which he and GWB lied to us all. Do the decent thing and go now. And next time we want to send armies to war there should be members of government sons and daughters in the front line....sorry end of rant

Apparently the date set is 31 May next year.  He said today he won't be PM by the time of the next Labour conference next year (2006 conference due soon).

He's so worried about his legacy and place in history.  Well his legacy will be Iraq, the mess it's in and the dead and maimed British soldiers he sent there.

How anybody who lied deliberately to Parliament to go to war got re-elected i'll never know, but i for one don't particually want Gordon "i'll tax you to death....and beyond" Brown as the next PM. Nothing to do with him being Scottish (I stay in Ayrshire myself) but its like TB2 and his human rights policies
