  I suspect it to be Perle(who was suspected in the 70's of passing classified info to Israel).  Clinton too beleived there was a mole high up in the White House spying for Israel but suddenly terminated the investigation during the Lewinsky trial.
  This "ally" stole our nuclear secrets in the 80's and passed them onto communist Russia just for increased quotas for settlers.
