Yes an exellent example of what mob rule can do to the quality of a nation's leaders.

It is a wonder why all of these nations (Middle East and others) that resist having Democracy forced upon them would ever do such a thing.

Great leaders of the past, leaders who were chosen by an electorate that had to have more and better qualifications to vote other than just being a featherless biped that walks upright would be wondering just how we have fallen so far.
