First off, everybody knows that torture isnt' allowed in these 50 states. I dont know about the Puerito Rico and THE DISTRECT of WASHINTON DC and places like that. But what the US can 't control is the amount of torture that anyone puts to those guys in foreihgn counties.

Clinton has been out of office for 5 years. Kerry never got elected. When are you going to open your eyes to the reality of this administration?
