Ethanol is a boondoogle of epic proportions. What I got out of the attached article is Bill Clinton is claiming that ethanol solved Brazil's energy problems and that we should divert money slated for oil development and spend it on the money sucking wasteland which is ethanol.
Basically what Clinton is endorsing is stealing the money of the oil companies(and their shareholders) and giving to his friends in the ethanol business. Sounds just like his cunt wife.
