Talk about short sightedness. If this goes through, the incidence of epidemics in Arizona will most likely go up, and with it the cost to contain them. And, who will pay the bill? Well, if the CDC has to get involved, you and me.

The military ID card for both active, reserve, national guard, and retired individuals pretty much fulfills that requirement. There is a strip on the reverse side that can only be read by a scanner programmed to do so. It contains every assignment, promotion, benefit status, disciplinary action, etc., the individual has ever had while serving. Access to a military installation is approved only after the cardholder info is confirmed. It's not a bar code, looks more like a Salvidor Dali painting, in all black, lol.
