The (as yet unverified) affidavit of an ABC insider says that ABC colluded with the Kamala team by agreeing to only fact check Trump and not Kamala, avoid asking Kamala about President Biden’s health; Harris’ tenure as Attorney General in San Francisco; and about her brother-in-law and advisor Tony West.  The Trump campaign was not included in any such discussions.  The affidavit was signed and dated the day before the debate, indicating the plan at the time.

Since then ABC has admitted they only specifically studied ahead to fact check Trump.

Is the affidavit legit? Who knows.  But ABC bias was plainly evident in the result.  

ABC only denied sharing questions in advance.  But the affidavit doesn't actually accuse them of sharing question in advance.  Rather it accuses them of intending to ONLY fact check Trump and not Kamala.  And also agrees to avoid three topics with Kamala,  ABC has not actually denied any of the allegations in the actual affidavit.
