The Texas Supreme Court has ruled Doctors need not do an emergency abortion even if the mother's life is in danger.    So the "Pro Life" is really save the fetus, kill the mother!    Are these judges qualified OB/GYNs to decide on a woman's pregnancy?

Texas law allows for abortion to save the life of the mother.  What the current case says is that doctors and hospitals can't be forced by the federal government to partake in such abortions.  Doctors and hospitals in Texas are allowed to perform such abortions to save the mother if they choose to.
