As, Trump continues to undercut his secretary of state; Rex Tillerson and his secretary of Defense; James Mattis, one must ponder his motivation.

1)  Is Trump the inconsiderate, self-centered, ego-maniac he appears to be, and simply acts before conducting completed staff work on pronouncements that have broad implications for our counter, with no concern of how his words/actions affect others?

or

2)  Is Trump a decent guy, who simply is in over his head, has a short attention span, no true business acumen, and simply can not help himself, when spouting over Twitter, the first thing that comes to his empty, little, pea-brain?

Your choice.  Which is it?

If you read his history, it's evident he's not a "decent guy." And, he's been the head of a family run business most of his life, and now at 70 something, he's incapable of operating any differently.
