Who said 100 ATC were fired? Source? Link? If you say it was posted here by someone you consider to be unreliable, why not challenge their post in-place? I don't consider anonymous unsourced MAGA posts on X or TikTok to be reliable sources.

It is NOT disputed that Trump issued an EO hiring freeze on Day 1 to not fill any Fed job vacancies.
Trump CLAIMS he did not include ATCs.  
Others claim that there was no such exemption in the EO.  
Simple Question: How many ATCs have been hired between Jan 20, 2025 and Jan 29, 2025? I'm sure that some journalist will be able to ask the FAA or FOIA the FAA for that info.

In the meantime (no source, just "common sense"), the number of aircraft and flights has increased tremendously in the past 30 years. The traffic density at many urban airports has increased. The complexity of the ATC systems has increased over the years. (Anybody remember when it was just wind socks and semaphores?)

I would like to see SOMEONE file a FOIA request to the FAA for (1) the number of ATCs on 20-Jan-2025 and (2) the number of ATCs on 29-Jan-2025. (3) For extra credit, include more details of any changes, i.e.:
