To be clear, that Wisconsin poll was by Scott Rasmussen the man. He hasn't been associated with Rasmussen Reports for over a decade.  Also most of that poll was taken on the tail end of Kamala's bounce.

The poll was not done by "Scott Rasmussen the man." It was done by RMG Research.
