His presence at the dignified transfer was just a photo op to appease his MAGA base. He could care less, because he's already demonstrated his lack of empathy.

refused to go to a US WWI cemetery because his hair would get wet and anyway, those guys were "suckers and losers."

...to the solemn ceremony because he was more concerned about his hair getting messed up at a windy air base than being a dignified President

Straight up… he doesn’t care about the military.
But I do Recall when Trump refused to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018 because he feared his hair would get messed up by the rain😂… guess he didn’t think about that hat then🤔
The guys just doesn’t understand how to be respectful in times like that …sometimes ya just gotta suck it up
Fake patriotism…
#SendBarron….😂

And all the righties could do was call him a liar and a traitor. This about a guy who'd served our country as a Marine general and whose own son was killed in Afghanistan.
And what do we get about this from Felcher? More "whataboutism." I guess we should be grateful he didn't even try to rebut the story. What a toad.

In their video playback of the dignified transfer, Faux News substituted older video of Trump without his baseball cap on in place of the recent footage where he was wearing it disrespectfully. After they were caught, Faux host Griff Jenkins later issued an on-air correction.
.
“We want to acknowledge a mistake made earlier on our program,” Jenkins said. “During our coverage of yesterday’s dignified transfer, we inadvertently aired video from an older dignified transfer instead of the ceremony that took place yesterday. We deeply regret the error and extend our respect and condolences to the service members’ families. We honor the sacrifice of those six American heroes.”
.
The network claimed it was a production error, but most intelligent people remained skeptical. After all, Faux News lost a  $787 million lawsuit to Dominion Systems for claiming Dominion rigged the 2020 election results. The Smartmatic lawsuit against them for $2.7 billion is still outstanding.
