US Military Aid To Ukraine Used To Buy Spanish Villas & Luxury Cars.

While in the US police remain under funded, drugs and human trafficking continues in the southern border, and Maui remains burned to the ground, our tax dollars keeps flowing to Ukraine, and that money was used by top defense ministers in Ukraine to buy luxury cars and Spanish villas for themselves. I wonder how many kick backs Biden and members of Congress got for this.

Ok first point, the average Ukrainian doesn’t have shit for money so bribes from draft dodgers even a huge number of them, isn’t going to come up with the kind of money needed to be buying Spanish villas and luxury automobiles. Now that being said I bet you (or probably your wealthy family?) Admit it  you came from money didn’t you icky? Probably had a mom like Bill Clinton that always told you that you were special? If they hadn’t stole it would the FBI have put in a ton of requests (orders) to Twitter to censor everyone who questioned if the election was rigged? Nope. You have Democrats saying elections were rigged year after year, but the one time Republicans claim it all hell breaks loose. Lawsuit city. Even though everyone was in on it. MSNBC hosts claimed before it happened that vote total would go the other direction in the middle of the night. Truck loads of Dem ballots kept coming in in the middle of the night. Voting by mail gave them the perfect way to tamper with the vote without anyone being able to check or verify it. Who knows what other methods they used. If they were willing to burn down half the country to get Trump out of office, then rigging an election would be nothing to them.

It wasn't just Democrats who said the election was free and fair. It was Trump's own Attorney General and chief of cyber security. But I guess they were secret Dems. And what about those 60 judges, many appointed by Trump, who threw out law suits alleging election fraud for lack of any evidence. And what about the Governor and Secretary of State of Georgia who said their election was fair ?There is ZERO evidence of "Truck loads of Dem ballots" or any tampering with mail-in votes. NONE.
And no one burned down half the country.

This was 2020, not 1920. There were surveillance cameras and videotaping all over the place. The conspiratorial "secret ballots" and "tampered with the ballots" based on a 10 second clip were EASILY debunked by running all of the footage to show "mysterious" or "suspicious" or spooky happenings were 100% accounted for and normal procedures for securing and storing records.

Votes were checked multiple times in several states and counts were certified as being correct. The Republican Cyber Ninjas were brought in the Republicans to recount votes in some AZ counties (Maricopa? Others?). They didn't find any space lasers or multiple counting or dead people voting or Chinese ballots made from bamboo. In fact, they increased Biden's margin of victory by more than 100 votes.

Trump claims to have a 100+ page irrefutable report that will prove that there was election fraud. He was going to release in a news conference at Bedminster several weeks ago but he changed his mind and said that it will be submitted as evidence in his trial instead.  ... Don't hold your breath.

Because the changes in services were going to slow down and even cut back on mail delivery (no more overtime, etc.) at a crucial time during the 2020 Covid-affected elections. As I recall, the cutbacks went through and were not reversed.

What?? I don't remember anything about impeachment. Trump's Postmaster DeJoy had numerous conflicts of interest and Dems wanted him to divest but I don't remember impeachment. Under his tenure as postmaster general, USPS has increased its business with XPO. EVERY analyst (media, think tanks, the DNC, the RNC, Biden campaign, TRUMP CAMPAIGN) knew from historical trends that Rep voters tend to vote in person on election day (the first votes counted and announced in real time) and Dem have many more mail-in voters, votes that are usually not opened and counted until AFTER the close of all the polls. That is what happens EVERY YEAR for the past many years.

The fact of the matter is that there was no investigation into the election tampering done by the Democrats. None. The FBI could have investigated it, but since they likely played a major role in the tampering, it probably wouldn't bare much fruit.

Or are you talking about the FBI "Federal Bureau of Investigation" operated out of the DoJ? As far as I know, the Fuss Budget Investigators did NOT investigate allegations of election fraud beyond the very close contest for Head Cafeteria Monitor. So Bob Barr said there was no wide spread election fraud. Funny, because THERE WAS NO INVESTIGATION INTO THAT ALLEGATION. You can't disprove a hypothesis if you DON'T RUN THE TEST. What we do know is that 1) Bob Barr made it known publicly that he disliked Trump, 2) As Attorney General, Bob Barr was the executive in charge of the FBI and 3) We know FOR A FACT that the FBI was involved in SILENCING Americans, in violation of The First Amendment, particularly when they raised concerns and questions about the integrity of the election. We know this because it was revealed in The Twitter Files. Therefore, and this is where following the bouncing ball comes into play Imp, it doesn't matter if Bob Barr said there was no wide spread election tampering, because there is very good reason to believe that Barr himself was involved in the tampering.  

 
Let's be perfectly clear here. People have expressed doubts about the outcomes of elections many, many times on social media. It was the Democrats entire song and dance after 2016. They brought in a special council to investigate it. The FBI silencing Americans, in violation of The First Amendment, was unprecedented. And it was done FOR A REASON. Now tell me Imp, suppose people thought that maybe someone had robbed a bank. And the bank robber said, "There is no evidence that anyone robbed a bank". Would that be definitive proof to you that no bank was robbed?

The courts did not investigate. No investigation was done. The courts just ruled against Trump in his wanting to look into it. "Bob Barr said no election fraud happened". Right. Willy’s comment is actually correct, although he did not know how to articulate it:

What Willy should have said is that the swing state election lawsuits did not last long enough for the plaintiffs to obtain the discovery powers needed to determine if there was outcome determinative fraud.

overlooks this problem.  Of course, plaintiffs did not have fraud evidence when they filed suit – the election lawsuits were filed in the weeks after the election.  The most they could do is allege fraud and point to isolated examples.  

Nor did AG Barr or Krebs conduct any kind of meaningful investigation into the swing states. Read your own quote – they followed up on “specific complaints and information they received.” There was no federal audit of state election results.

Rudy was actually correct when he said in response “with all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance” of an investigation into the president’s complaints.”

Nor could DOJ conduct a meaningful investigation between the election and the date he made his comment. Duh.  

In none of the swing state election lawsuits did the Court reach the merits of whether outcome determinative fraud occurred in the 2020 election. Most of the lawsuits were dismissed for lack of standing, inadequate pleading of fraud, and defective legal theories. Others were withdrawn by Trump. Moreover, many of the 60 plus Trump lawsuits contained no allegations of fraud at all. Rudy embarrassed himself by arguing fraud in the Penn hearing but then had to admit that the complaint did not even allege fraud.

I think the Arizona lawsuit was the closest one to address fraud allegations and the judge found the allegations failed to meet pleading requirements and the affidavits submitted were ambiguous.

 
The bottom line is we have to reply on state authorities to tell us if there was fraud in presidential elections. I believe them myself.  Willy is entitled to take the other side. But the safe harbor deadline, or even January 20, is just too short to litigate this question or conduct a federal audit.

They had NOTHING relevant or credible other than FALSE claims and wishful thinking. "Thousands of dead voters!!"? THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ONE VALID EXAMPLE. "Voting machines being hacked on the internet."? The machines alleged to be hacked were free standing and weren't even connected to the network. The famous "fake ballots being taken out from under a table."? They took a short clip from surveillance video that showed the boxes being taken out from under a table. They DID not include footage of how VALID BALLOTS were stored in the boxes and moved under the table before being taken out from under the table at a later time. (Some courts might consider submission of the snippet to be false or misleading evidence.) And the list goes on.

To date, including 2020, elections are designed to be safe and secure, to be rapidly authenticated, counted, and certified (e.g., counting ballots in local precincts and sending in the counts or in a larger centralized location, depending on the methods chosen by each state) and even REcounted multiple times and REcertified. Will there be even tighter security in future elections? Almost certainly. I'm sure that every voting center will be fitted with anti-satellite interference technology so allegations of such interference can be immediately refuted in a press conference outside the Four Seasons Landscaping and Porn Shop.

Regardless of improvements in voting, there will continue to be contested elections. As long as the challenges are sane and rooted in verifiable evidence I'm fine with that.
