There is a preponderance of evidence that says he is not qualified including , but not limited to:
1- fact, in recent case of Berg vs OBAMA, BO refused to release qualifying documents

2- fact BO was a citizen of Indonesia, when at the time he was there , Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship with any other nation. So how could he be a citizen of the USA? And by deduction how could he be qualified per our Constitution to be President of United States(POTU)

3- fact BO went to Pakistan at a time in history
when USA did not allow US citizens to visit
Pakistan. He went there under
a Indonesian passport because he was not a US citizen, and therefore by deduction how could he be qualified to be POTU?

4- fact: affadavit stating that his paternal
grandmother (that is grandmother on his father's
side of the family) witnessed the birth of BO in Kenya, and therefore by deduction how could he be qualified to be POTU?


5- fact: no live birth certificated embossed with
the certification of BO exists , with his fingerprints or foot prints, or signed/certified from a physician from any US state exists in any hospitol in human handwriting, as was the costom in the timeframe BO was borne;  and therefore by deduction how could he be qualified to be POTU?


This is the short list of the facts. Have you properly qualified BO for running for the stated office of President of the United States?

Can you provide a copy of the validation procedure with supporting documentation?

the district judge didn't rule that  Barry's documentation was in order. The judge, Surrick, or whatever, basically said that BERG

What that means is that the rest of us, Americans, don't have standing either. The judge was gutless and spineless. An ATTORNEY GENERAL Doesn't have standing? Come on.

Dumb? An ex atorney general would not introduce a spurious lawsuit at his own expense if he thought it was dumb. He would not risk a counter defamation of character lawsuit.

Two things stand that give BERG considerable legal confidence in this position:

1 - the veracity in which the defense refused to provide any documentation
2- the fact that they did not counter sue for defamation of character. Because if they did so they would have to deliever the goods.

Conclusion : BO doesn't have the goods.

If he does, provid them.
Then I and millions of Americans will be satisfied that he's not a phoney in regard to the Constittuion.

I could see, though, how a suit by an EX-attorney general probably would not have standing. Also, it was probably the quickest, easiest way the judge could throw out a suit that had other problems. An ex-Attorney General blinded by ideology certainly would sue at his own expense.

Whatever he presented to the Secretaries of State, they are a matter of record.

I could think of a very good reason why Obama would withhold his records: so the opposition would waste time, energy and money trying to get them. Call it bait. And yes, I do believe he thinks exactly that way. He doesn't counter-sue for defamation because that would be a distraction for him. He doesn't want the money, he wants the Presidency, remember?

Obama is someone who doesn't put out any more effort than he has to. Really. For example: he pretty much quit contending in the Primaries once he knew he would win. Hence, Hillary won so many primaries at the end. But that doesn't mean she was the better candidate. She was just more willing to waste her time, money and energy.

Yet, he doesn't over-estimate himself.

You're not thinking like a guy who has wanted to be president for decades, nor considered what he might have read to get himself there. I could point to a specific book that will tell you completely what Obama is doing and how.

Once you read that book, you'll know that he has too. You'd also know that he's probably the best, most-prepared, most-skilled politician since Lincoln.
