Am I reading this correctly. You think the democrats need to import votes?
It's almost as if there were a pact between the press and the cadidates to not discuss this issue. To me it is the most important issue in as much as demographic change is forever. The Democrats would like to change the demographics of the US in order to gain political control forever. Open the border for the Mexicans and maybe let a few Hatians in and they would control things. McCain is too dumb to understand that this is their goal and pretty much agrees with the Dems. Hannity never asked Palin a question about the issue and we have no clue as to where she stands. I'm sure her handlers are getting her to adopt the McCain position. This issue could determine the election if it were discussed. I would hope that McCain's position would evolve to be more similar to that of the majority of the Republicans.

...but why the alias of an alias? Is this really that dangerous of a subject matter to hide from it? Maybe if people were more open about this subject all around, something would be asked or done. Seems to me everybody is squeamish, scare or ?.
Am I reading this correctly. You think the democrats need to import votes?
Yea you miss the ad the ''Magic Negro ''does in Spanish as it under the radar
Rush hit back hard today
Obama Is Stoking Racial Antagonism Rush with a Direct Hit !
''I understand the rough and tumble of politics. But Barack Obama -- the supposedly postpartisan, postracial candidate of hope and change -- has gone where few modern candidates have gone before.
Mr. Obama's campaign is now trafficking in prejudice of its own making. And in doing so, it is playing with political dynamite. What kind of potential president would let his campaign knowingly extract two incomplete, out-of-context lines from two radio parodies and build a framework of hate around them in order to exploit racial tensions? The segregationists of the 1950s and 1960s were famous for such vile fear-mongering.
Here's the relevant part of the Spanish-language television commercial Mr. Obama is running in Hispanic communities:
"They want us to forget the insults we've put up with . . . the intolerance . . . they made us feel marginalized in this country we love so much."
Then the commercial flashes two quotes from me: ". . . stupid and unskilled Mexicans" and "You shut your mouth or you get out!"
And then a voice says, "John McCain and his Republican friends have two faces. One that says lies just to get our vote . . . and another, even worse, that continues the policies of George Bush that put special interests ahead of working families. John McCain . . . more of the same old Republican tricks."
Much of the media that is uninterested in Mr. Obama's connections to unrepentant 1970s Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and Rev. Jeremiah Wright have so far gone along with the attempt to tie me to Mr. McCain. But Mr. McCain and I have not agreed on how to address illegal immigration. While I am heartened by his willingness to start by securing the borders, it is no secret that we have fundamental differences on illegal immigration.
And more to the point, these sound bites are a deception, and Mr. Obama knows it. The first sound bite was extracted from a 1993 humorous monologue poking fun at the arguments against the North American Free Trade Agreement. Here's the context:
"If you are unskilled and uneducated, your job is going south. Skilled workers, educated people are going to do fine 'cause those are the kinds of jobs Nafta is going to create. If we are going to start rewarding no skills and stupid people, I'm serious, let the unskilled jobs that take absolutely no knowledge whatsoever to do -- let stupid and unskilled Mexicans do that work."

Obama calls MAC an anti-immigrant seemingly a bigot linking him to Rush in despicable Spanish ad . ABC NEWS agrees with Rush And it shows how stupid the Obama camp is about the immigration issue as Rush gunned down MAC about it and had a way different positon .
Rush hit Obama back hard with this editorial . Dumb move on the Obama camp to fire Rush up even more .
The Dems are pretty savvy when it comes to counting votes, and Mexicans are more likely to be politically leaning to the R's than the D's... with respect to McCain, he comes from a border state, they elect him with all the problems... I gotta go with neither side wanting to ruin any chance they have of getting the vote of the Mex. American.
What is kinda puzzling, is that practically speaking there are ethnic block votes - including whites... but that is changing - although it changes slowly... Blacks, Mexicans, Asians or whatever the ethnic group dejour is, ALL, when they get a bit ahead, culturally, socially, or economically, wish to hold on to what they earn and accumulate.... and guess what - they become more conservative....
In my circles, I know more black men who are conservative, that white elitists who are conservatice.... I suspect that the black men know how hard it is to get a leg up, while most of the white elitists, inherited what they have and are therefore unaware of how hard it is to break out of a cycle of dependance.
Same (and maybe even more so) with the latinos...

When I inherit some wealth I will become a liberal.
Obama Event Interupted by "Blacks Against Obama" Protesters
Barack Obama was interupted at a rally today at the University of Miami after a dozen or so protesters began to wave homemade signs. The group of mostly African-American men held up signs reading "Jesse Jackson hates Obama",
Obama for abortions", "Obama for gay marriage", "Blacks against Obama", and "Obama endorsed by the KKK

Your black conservative friends may get a laugh at this .I think it would be a Kodak moment
Blacks vote usually vote over 90% for Democrats and in this election about 98%. Hispanics aren't such a solid group. Their vote for Democrats is usually something like 70% as I recall. Groups that want free stuff from the government will always vote in greater numbers for Democrats.
I am saying is that as more blacks approach middle and upper class - guess what - they do in fact become more conservative...
and that - IS HAPPENING - but it is slowly happening.... it is not rapid... it is VERY painfully slow.
Jesse jackson - while obviously UPPER CLASS - if you go by income alone - is far more liberal than most of us... well, let's face it, THAT IS HOW HE MAKES HIS LIVING - by pointing out the disparity in wealth and equal opportunity - even when in some cases, it does NOT exist.
as to the Mexicans... and to be more inclusive, latinos.... the upper crust of Cubans - are pretty much conservative... go figure.
Again, economic status and how you obtained your economic status is more a determinant wrt your political leanings than the color of your skin... or so it would seem...
in sum... we agree - and my projections would be that as more and more Blacks and Latinos achiece success, they too will become a tad more conservative.... I mean who wants to be taxed on their earnings obtained from hard work, to give the money to those who did nothing but whine.... for as ya say "free stuff"
let's face it - the exception - the hollywood elite... one generation muti-millionaires... who profer opinions on almost everything from psychology (Tome Cruise) to 911(Michael Moore). My only thought on that anomaly is, do they REALLY work hard? I mean, some of them are barely able to write their name...!!!
When he started off as an "angry young black man" his politics were much different than they are now that he is a "rich black man". For that matter the fact that he is black barely matters anymore now that he is "rich" and everyone wants a piece of him.
He still has to play to his audience, but the more successful he becomes the more he shifts to center.
While over-privileged individuals (whites) that want free shit from the government will always vote Republican...
I can't believe you didn't anticipate that one...
Combined with health care, it may be the most important issue in terms of the economy.
Obama is going to give the same quality of health care that he gets as a senator to every uninsured individual.
He does not exclude illegal immigrants, so he is basically promising that level of health care to an estimated 20 million people. (When he says that 45 million are uninsured, this includes illegals. The other way that this number is inflated is beyond this post, but suffice to say the number of uninsured is really much smaller.)
Also, that is only part of it, since he wants to allow people here to serve as anchors. Every illegal immigrant here, once legalized, could bring in his or her family. That means if they have mothers, fathers, brothers, or sisters, they would be eligible to enter and eligible to health care.
Get out your calculator and answer this: How much does it cost to give all these people heath care of the same quality as the U.S. Senate gets?
