Posted on the GD (General Discussion) Board.

Guys feel free to give your crazy comments as well.

Do any of you ladies travel to the conventions to work?  If so, how do the Democrats differ from the Republicans in the sack?  Is one more kinky than the other?

Post with an alias if you want.

Just wondering.

OK, that's funny:)

But it IS an interesting question.
I would be curious to know the differing hobby habits of our hard working delegates, politicos, and wonks.

I mean, we KNOW they're screwing the people, but for how much, how often, and how kinky?

There must be many economically-challenged fellows who would love to explore the hobby, but the cash just ain't there. What a sad and terrible commentary about our society!

I ask you, as a decent society, how can we allow this sorry state of affairs to continue to exist?  Is it not the right of every American male to experience, once or twice a year, a mind-numbing, fantasy fulfilling session with a top notch 10/10 GFE/PSE provider?  I sure think so.  I mean, poontang and the pursuit of happiness, what really could be more American than that?

My solution : gov't subsidized hobbying.

If you're a Republican, these can take the form of vouchers.

If you're a Democrat, this can be done via a means-tested program similar to food stamps and Medicaid.

Other possibilities can include setting up payroll deductions similar to unemployment compensation contributions, or perhaps even, and here the glory and wonder of the free-market will inevitably work it's magic, 401K/IRA/Keogh plans. Or perhaps something along the lines of the Earned Income Credit on federal and some state income tax returns.

I really cannot see any objection to this proposal.  The time is long overdue for something like this.  This is change that everyone can embrace.

What makes you think anyone needs your permission to do so?

Especially considering you used one yourself.

For Republicans, gov subsidies will take the form of corporate tax write-off as charitable education contribution

For Democrats, gov subsidies will be limited to gov employees

That’s a great idea.  However if the government, especially the Obama government, runs the program we will have to wait in line like the people in Cuba do at the government run food markets.  The government will probably set the price for services so everyone can participate regardless of their means.  Of course, there will be affirmative action so we will get the next provider on the list.  Michelle Obama would get the same fee as the hottest provider out there.  On the bright side it will create a need for a black market which will help organized crime. Don’t forget prohibition made multi millionaires out of street thugs like Al Capone and Joe Kennedy.  Just think: That pathetic inebriate Ted Kennedy would have never become a senator if it weren’t for his father’s ill gotten fortune.
