First, rape in the military is a serious issue and it’s been documented. But this is rape within, so not war zones. But numbers wise opportunity is limited because the percentage of women in the military is lower.

Let's understand something. If a college female said she was raped, is she specifically being asked if she was raped on campus? While in college? Or just raped ever? Unless you link me a survey that says it's only about her time on campus, your comparision is not apples for apples. Comparing rape in a war zone to college women who say they have been raped is comparing a location based survey to a survey about people in a location. Simply put, if it's have they ever, it could have happened in HS, or earlier, or during summer while in college but not on campus. Are you asking all of the women in a war zone have they ever been raped? That's what you would need to make it comparable.

Talk to a younger male demographic on your own. That would be a someone who has a new family maybe, possibly just married, young kids, or even someone just moving out on their own.
