The Grim Reaper will not let that happen.

Moscow Mitch will say, "It's just too close to the next election to have the current President make such critical choices for the Supreme Court.  We should give the American people the right to choose the next president & let that person make those choices four years from now."

@Laffy: Remember RGB? Some people call her hero and that selfish bitch handed her seat to Amy. She should have retired in 2014 but she rather decided to die in the Court!!!

I hope Breyer has more common sense and steps down immediately.  

Biden will be lucky if he gets that one justice through with Moscow Mitch stamping his presidency as illegitimate and wait until 2024.

Joe does but Kamala does not & Joe also has forgiving heart. I think that Mitch will fuck with him majorly but Joe can handle him.
