Yes, easily. Shitty ones who think that their own fucking opinions are more important than the goddamn law. It isn't a fucking LIVING DOCUMENT. It is ink set in paper. If it isn't in there, then the government can't DO IT.

And for you stupid moron douchebags who think that overturning Roe v. Wade would end abortions - go take the fucking LSAT, enroll at the shitty nonaccredited law college that your cretinous minds are only capable of getting admitted to and learn that dumping the WORST REASONED DECISION in the 20th century would just move the decision whether to legalize abortion TO THE STATES.

And before you start with some "Christian radical" nonsense, I think it should be safe, legal and rare like Clinton said. I want to vomit every time I see the "penumbra of rights" bullshit that judicial activism has given us.

Your question implies to me that you believe others will naturally agree with your assessment of Obama's politics.  While I can not be certain of what was in your head when you made your cryptic post, I am certain that McCain is running a campaign with the belief that if only he can show people what Obama is all about, he will win.  What it does not appear that he has considered is that people may actually LIKE what Obama has to say.

Obama has mobilized so many in support of his campaign because they really believe in what he has to say.  A very great many are voting FOR Obama, not just AGAINST McCain (or even against Bush).  You can see some anecdotal evidence of this by noting the fact that Obama's field personnel are volunteers.  McCain has to pay people to make calls for him and canvass potential voters.
