These predictions about horrific future events re: Trump policies can be problematic. Farmers, by and large, tend to vote in overwhelming numbers for Rs. If you really think Trump will hurt farmers in the long term, you are buying into the b.s. that some people on our side are pushing right now on virtually everything Trump is doing and saying. Everything we do should be with the thought of getting blue collar workers back in the fold as they have left our party in droves. Farmers vote overwhelmingly for Rs/Trump so they will be patient with him in the short term.

Right now - farmers are being financially burdened.  That's just a fact.  I stay fairly well informed, so if things change - I'll likely know about it.  

That wont mean shit if Trump changes course in a few weeks. This is how he works. He does or says something, Progressives go wild, he course corrects and the issue disappears.
