I only see two polls done after the debate and you listed both. Plus 5 would put it outside of the 3-4 Lester and others say is the margin of victory she would need, but that is debatable as we are only talking about possibly 50,000 votes spread out over a few states. The question is will it last? No one knows but the very early returns look quite good for her.
