Not all states allow it, but assume that electors are allowed to change their votes or are not obligated to vote the designated winning candidate. 2. Let the State RNC find another "Trump" to nominate and place on the "Pres" line on that State's 2024 ballot. OK, so it says "Donald L. Trump" instead of "Donald J. Trump." People will still vote for Trump. 3. Donald L. Trump campaigns with, "I will tell my electors to cast their vote for Donald **J.** Trump, so Vote for Me, Donald **L.** Trump!" . 4. Or substitute a better campaigner (John Doe) for the Pres line with Ronald Trump as VP. "Vote for me, John Doe, and I'll tell my electors to vote for DJ Trump!" .
