Reading comprehension?
.
My two topics were:
1. Cannon can stack the Florida jury to acquit Trump in the documents retention cases. That HELPS Trump.
2. Thus far, SCOTUS has not accepted any cases regarding the current attempts to use the 14th. Some states MIGHT be able to keep Trump off their ballots. My post was about OVERCOMING the use of the 14th by using fake Trumps to garner Trump electors for Trump. That HELPS Trump.
.
I don't want to help Trump. But I wanted to bring up the ideas before it comes as a surprise from elsewhere.

Re: Are you really…
…trying to strategize ways to rig the Presidential election? Didn’t you guys just say that the GOP was a threat to democracy? Is it justified to keep Trump out of office even if the voters elect him again and put him into office? Or do you think keeping Trump out of office is more important than letting the American People decide who their next President should be?
In the meantime, I just read that Letitia James is ready to call Trump to TESTIFY in the $250+ million NYS business fraud trial and will likely call him within two weeks. With near certainty, the Prosecution will be allowed to treat Trump as a hostile witness. I've been fantasizing about what sort of Q&As will be allowed.
.
Prosecution: This is video [play] of you saying Judge Engoron valued M-a-L at only $18 M and that it is actually worth 100x or more than that amount ($1.8 B). Yes or No: Would you care to repeat those statements here and now, under oath?
Trump: Fake news! I never said that!
P: 33 or 11: Is your Trump Tower penthouse triplex closer to 33,000 sf or 11,000 sf in area?
T: Fake news!
P: In this phone recording [play] you claimed in the GA conference call that you won GA by hundreds or thousands of votes. Would you like to repeat that claim here and now, under oath?
T: Fake news! I never said that!
P: Y or N: Are you aware that your signed financial statements are, by law, supposed to be accurate?
T: Can I get a Diet Coke, please?
P: In this recent video [play], you say that your financial statements actually UNDERvalue your properties [and are, therefore, deliberately inaccurate]. Do you wish to repeat that claim here and now, under oath?
T: Fake news! I never said that!
and so on. You get the idea: "You spoke or tweeted this lie in public. Do you want to repeat it here and now, under oath?"
