Aileen Cannon, the Trump-friendly judge on the stolen documents case at Mar-a-Lago, can rig the jury. She can start the case tomorrow, empanel a jury to her liking (who will acquit Trump) and Trump will walk out a free man in less than one month.

People are talking about the 14th Amendment being used to keep Trump off the ballot in several states. How about THIS Trump strategy to use where DJ Trump is banned from the ballot:
1. Not all states allow it, but assume that electors are allowed to change their votes or are not obligated to vote the designated winning candidate.  
2. Let the State RNC find another "Trump" to nominate and place on the "Pres" line on that State's 2024 ballot. OK, so it says "Donald L. Trump" instead of "Donald J. Trump." People will still vote for Trump.
3. Donald L. Trump campaigns with, "I will tell my electors to cast their vote for Donald **J.** Trump, so Vote for Me, Donald **L.** Trump!"

4. Or substitute a better campaigner (John Doe) for the Pres line with Ronald Trump as VP. "Vote for me, John Doe, and I'll tell my electors to vote for DJ Trump!"

In some states, it is illegal to promote a "fake" candidate in order to deceive or mislead the electorate:

Would putting a fake "Trump" (not intended to truly vie for the office) on the ballot for POTUS be illegal? Suppose the fake "Trump" double-crossed the RNC and told "his" electors to vote for him and not DJ Trump?

I've had a bunch more of these "What if ..." or "Would it be possible ..." thoughts but no time right now to post them.

My two topics were:
1. Cannon can stack the Florida jury to acquit Trump in the documents retention cases. That HELPS Trump.
2. Thus far, SCOTUS has not accepted any cases regarding the current attempts to use the 14th. Some states MIGHT be able to keep Trump off their ballots. My post was about OVERCOMING the use of the 14th by using fake Trumps to garner Trump electors for Trump. That HELPS Trump.

I don't want to help Trump. But I wanted to bring up the ideas before it comes as a surprise from elsewhere.

In the meantime, I just read that Letitia James is ready to call Trump to TESTIFY in the $250+ million NYS business fraud trial and will likely call him within two weeks. With near certainty, the Prosecution will be allowed to treat Trump as a hostile witness. I've been fantasizing about what sort of Q&As will be allowed.
