1st Amendment wouldn't protect a journalist who willingly chose to participate in (or had first hand knowledge prior to)  a bank robbery, murder or a rape just to film or report on it first hand as it was happening.  He imbedded himself in a group that actually planned this and then did it.

Yes, a grand jury - who knows what they were told by the prosecution?  This is after a federal judge and an appeal court declined to find probable cause. This is a politically motivated, harassment prosecution that will fail miserably.

I've been a provider for too long. I know many people, and I know things. Just because I am not on the provider's board does not mean that I don't email with providers. For example, the people that you have recently reviewed remember you. Not everyone on this platform can say the same. Why? Are these bogus reviews? I don't know. I have vehemently denied being a part of MAGA. I state everywhere that I am a 'Cheney Republican'. The Republican Party has done more for me than the Democratic Party. In any case I have no other accounts. In fact it is very difficult if not impossible to have more than one account. My understanding is that TER can detect attempts to create multiple accounts and will not allow them to be created.
As for aliases a member is allowed only one, and again TER has a way of enforcing that too.
Therefore I am not a part of any multiple account deception.

As for reviews, I am not sure what my lack of reviews has to do with this matter.
Besides there are many others who do not have any reviews.  For example edinathens has no reviews at all and he has been on TER for as long if not longer than I. and how about ickypus and brokebackstabber who have not reviewed anyone in over 10 years.
