1st Amendment wouldn't protect a journalist who willingly chose to participate in (or had first hand knowledge prior to) a bank robbery, murder or a rape just to film or report on it first hand as it was happening. He imbedded himself in a group that actually planned this and then did it.

Reporting is showing up when it happens and being silent. Lemon wasn't silent and actually said where, when, etc....sbiut the event. It is like he advertised for it.

You do know he and others broke the law nicknamed the "KKK" law. Which makes it illegal to intimidate, disrupt, etc. Religious services and buildings.
He was there at the church, admitted to help promote it, and filmed it.

It is sad all the judges prior didn't follow thru with the warrants. It shows you that judges in MN and other areas are afraid to do what is right. Also shows you what is fucked up about our judicial system.

Yes, a grand jury - who knows what they were told by the prosecution? This is after a federal judge and an appeal court declined to find probable cause. This is a politically motivated, harassment prosecution that will fail miserably.

Minority groups in America have been so oppressed and abused that they have learned how to fight an unjust system. Out of all the journalists who have been covering ICE in "sanctuaries", the Federal government chose to arrest a Brown man and a Brown woman. Perhaps they expected them to yell about racism or sexism? One journalist was arrested on his way to cover the Grammys. The other was arrested outside her million-dollar home in her gated community. Without a doubt, whoever engineered these arrests probably expected them to scream racism and sexism. But no, neither of them reacted as the racists expected. They did not cause commotion. They did not resist arrest. They never address the psychological damage of being arrested. Rather, they both solely focused on the issue at hand.
It makes me laugh. It makes me joyful. And it makes me so incredibly proud!
For example, what we have here is a Black man and a Black woman being arrested for involvement in the coverage of protests surrounding the murder of a White man and a White woman.

They are about as far away from what was the former Republican party as one can be. They are white nationalists fascists. I've been a provider for too long. I know many people, and I know things. Just because I am not on the provider's board does not mean that I don't email with providers. In any case I have no other accounts. In fact it is very difficult if not impossible to have more than one account. My understanding is that TER can detect attempts to create multiple accounts and will not allow them to be created.
As for aliases a member is allowed only one, and again TER has a way of enforcing that too.
Therefore I am not a part of any multiple account deception.

As for “Championed race” do more research you’ll find many.

Watching snafool lecture on "integrity" is hilarious.
The first am protects freedom. Of religion, right to work, freedom of press/speech, etc.
But what protesters and others forget....your right doesn't supercede other people's rights as well. Meaning once you infringe on others certain rights become null and void. You can protest but you can't infringe on others rights. That is why lemon got charged and now court will decide if he went too far.
