Torquemada Trump said:  "We need quick justice and we need strong justice, much quicker and much stronger than we have right now."  He also said the country needs to come up with "punishment that's far quicker and far greater than the punishment these animals are getting right now."

It wouldn't surprise me if he suggests we should have a justice system like Islamic terrorists do - chop off their heads or burn them alive.  That's quick, strong justice as well as quick and great punishment.

BTW, punk ass Jeff Sessions was sitting there while Trump was trashing the Department of Justice Session heads.  The gutless puke didn't utter a peep.  If Sessions had any balls, he would have walked out of the room, kept going until he was in Alabammy and never looked back.

Dumbass Donny is the one who is making a laughing stock of the justice system.  He tweeted that the NYC terrorist "SHOULD GET DEATH PENALTY!"  The President of the United States runs roughshod over the presumption of innocence, a concept that goes all the way back to the Justinian Codes of Roman law and later in English common law.  What a fucking moron!  it would serve Trump right if the terrorist was released because he couldn't get a fair trial due to Trump's big mouth.

I agree the death penalty should not be imposed unless the person is guilty beyond a "shadow" of a doubt, not "reasonable" doubt. This guy certainly meets that standard. I would be more than happy to "flip the switch" myself in this case.

The Islamic Terrorist that attacked in NYC should be treated as an enemy combatant and sent to gitmo, tortured for information and put to death. The scum pledged allegiance to ISIS. The families of the victims deserve swift justice.
