"David Kato, a Ugandan gay rights campaigner who sued a local newspaper which outed him as homosexual, has been beaten to death, activists have said.

Police have confirmed the death and say they have arrested one suspect.

Uganda's * Rolling Stone newspaper published the photographs of several people it said were gay, including Mr Kato, with the headline "Hang them"."

Uganda had a history, of one of the most anti homosexual countries in the World ,long before the three homophobe speakers you blame.

which provides the procedure the President is following in the Libya incursion.

You are also overlooking that the Constitution says  "Congress shall have power to ... declare War". The earlier draft used the phrase "make war" but the founding fathers decided the president might have to act suddenly and could not wait for Congress to declare war. In fact, four of the five times Congress has actually declared war, they did so after hostilities had begun.

Now where does the Constitution say that only Congress
can take action to avert a humanitarian crisis, or to enforce a UN resolution?

According to the President, we are are merely taking out Libyan air defenses, we will be active only for a few days, and then we will hand over the job to the allies. That does not sound like a declaration of war to me. Instead, this is merely an "introduction of military forces" into Libya within the meaning of the WPRA; after receiving notice, Congress has the power to terminate the involvement in the specified time if its chooses to do so.

We all know the UN is a sideshow.  Whatever Obama asks Rice to do there is far less meaningful than his DC agenda.  Criticise that agenda all you want -- I'm sure you can -- but to focus on the UN is a big stretch.

And that's reporting on it on YouTube.  And even worse, linking to the report.  If anybody really cares about that kind of thing, they would tune into c-span and watch 24/7 programming dedicated to those kinds of concerns.

I could not find a single thing about Wisconsin in that.  Is the guy doing the rant a dairy farmer?  A Packers Fan?  He certainly looks like he would wear a cheese wedge on his head.

" As government gets bigger, God gets smaller, we cant have democracy that way because, people get more dependent on the government. We need more God so people can depend on God more"–– Jim Demint, SC

Hell starting tomorrow, I am not paying any Income Taxes, I want God to pay my taxes. Think that would work?

Best you could think off is; if the general public should not use You Tube for entertainment. This shit is better than Joh Stewart on Comedy Central. His writers has to come with his stuff, this shit flows right out of Demint's mouth naturally. What better comedy than that?

First you make it sound like Obama is responsible for the Iraq war, when in fact he's trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible.  Then you say he's been on vacation, when in fact he's been on a long-scheduled visit with leaders of South America, something all US Presidents have done.
If you'd just stuck to the issue of Presidential war-making powers you'd have been on firmer ground because there are legitimate questions here despite the fact that most recent presidents have bent those rules.  Too bad that instead you vented and bent the facts, not to mention your already frail credibility.
