Will people be more responsible or will the trends continue ? Do you think Trump's proposed economic policies will help or make things worse for personal finances.

will profit while others will cry.  For example.  If you can no longer deduct what you pay in property tax and you own investment property, you are f--cked.  The other people F--cked are those that are renting property because their rents will go up, up and up!  If this happens and you are living in your parents basement you may want to invest in a tent because Mon and Dad are probably going to rent your room to somebody else.

for those that are married and have a job.  It will get better for those that have recreated themselves and wish the banks to lend again.  It will get better for those with ideas.  It will be better for small business.  It will be better for those that have never drew a government check.

Long term, it will be worse for those that do physical labor to try to make it to 69 retirement.  Maybe somebody sitting behind a desk can make that age.

If Trump doesn't do something drastic about healthcare his first term, I feel he needs to go.
