The only money that is available to them is in the form of tax credits, so if they don't . . . . . 1) file tax returns, and 2) declare enough income to take advantage of the tax credits, they don't get squat.  So an illegal family with the usual six children qualify for $18,000 in tax credits, which means they have to have a declared income in the $80,000 dollar range.  Most illegals make far less than that, and don't file tax returns because they get paid cash under the table.   If Joe had announced this before the election, I would have voted for him.  Well, maybe not, but it at least would have been something I had to think about first.  Lol

Also, you need to read "How a bill becomes a law." Even if Biden's bill is as you say (which I doubt), it will be the bill passed by both houses that will become law. So, please, catch your breath.

in order for illegals to take advantage of the tax credits, they must file a return DECLARING their income.  I know what I'm talking about when I say that 90+% of illegals will NEVER do this. Even then, to get the full credit they would have to have a declared income of over $60,000 with no other deductions.  The credits give them a minus number, they don't get a check for the difference, so my point that Biden's tax plan fucks the illegals stands.
