The jury is not in as to whether Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice. But, what is truly ominous is, will nothing be done if he is? Pate makes a good point. Will Republicans have the "political will" to do anything about it? If not, Trump will have succeeded in pushing against the standard limits of power between three co-equal branches of government, and be in the position over the power they relinquish. You'd be bucking the odds if you bet he will not. And, It will not be pretty if he succeeds. He will attempt to dominate all, forcing them to bend according to his will. And, who will be able to stop him? It will all be due to a self-serving, spineless Republican controlled Congress! Party over country!

...If Nixon was President today and something like Watergate happened, today's gutless GOP wouldn't do anything.  In fact, they'd probably try to get Nixon added To Mt. Rushmore.

IF there is proof Trump did something illegal the R's will jump ship .............some already are.  How many' R's in Congress really like him????
