against the Second Amendment.

         Of course "plotting against the Second Amendment" is not illegal anyway and good thing for me since I would like to napalm the Second Amendment. The word you should have used to convey your idea is "conspiracy." That is the legal term  for plans and schemes that might violate the criminal law if another person is involved.  But you have to know who the other person is. Remember Bob Dylan's song about Joey Gallo -"they got him on conspiracy-they were never sure who with." Poetic license- it takes two for a conspiracy to be unlawful.

 
 But as long as the "plot" simply stays in my mind there is nothing criminal or illegal about the plan.

       Instead of rising 50 grounds for impeachment you would have been better off focusing on the one area where Mr. Obama has indeed committed war crimes and that would be the CIA drone program where the rules of engagement as far as we know permit the killing of innocents in an effort to get a suspected bad guy. Nothing else that you listed comes remotely close to being a crime or impeachable offense by our president.

For some dumb reason, Americans believe changing constitution is blasphemy. It was relevant for the period it was written and there are everlasting and universal principles in the constitution as well. The temporal aspects in the constitution should be changed to meet the needs of the time and society.

There are aspects that is holding us back as a nation. You can yell all you want but it is the truth. When it was written, people did not carry automatic weapons. self regulated militia was necessary to protect one self, I suppose based on the political scenario then but not today

First; The GOP does NOT have the votes to impeach the President.

Second;  He has not committed any "High Crimes" or "Misdemeanors".  Just disagreeing with policy is NOT grounds for impeachment!  

Third;  The Democratic Senate would NEVER remove President Obama from office.  

Fourth;  This partisan stunt would backfire so bad on the GOP, that they would only be able to squeak out wins in the most conservative states.  

So go ahead and try, and speed up the demise of a party with NO real plans to improve the USA!
