As far as we know, he is still being paid to work for Bernie.  Also as far as we know, his statements that he intends to riot, do violence, and help re-institute the Soviet style gulags if they win power -- is not looked upon in the Bernie campaign as anything wrong.  They're probably scratching their heads wondering what all the fuss is about.
