I’m a terrible speller. Have been since I was in grade school. Autocorrect was a godsend for me, but these days it usually autocorrects to the wrong word so I turn it off. My fat thumbs don’t make it any easier. I really dislike that editing a typo will usually result in the posts here taking half a day to get approved. So if I make a typo I never bother to fix it. My hope is that even if I fumble with the occasional typo people still understand what I’m saying and just ignore it since edits take forever to get approved.
