IMHO.... this is what will happen if she does testify.
She will take the 5th or say I don't recall ALOT. Reason why is Committee Dem's will only concentrate on TRUMP and not try to get to anything else. WHICH WILL BE SAD. Committee Republicans will showboat and try to counter whatever the Committee Dem's do. It will go nowhere. Seriously... that is what I will think happen. They will not try to actually find out what happened at all. IT will only be political theatre bullshit.
Now my take on this whole fuck up.
1. Bondi/Trump didn't lie perse but didn't tell the whole truth either. Trump played his voter base big time. NOT ONCE did they talk about a "list". They talked about "files". They used words to give them "outs" if you will. It is what political leaders do all the time. Then people take it the wrong way or "hear" what they want to hear. Then media twists it a little bit and you get a shit storm. THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING... and it happened under Biden as well with this. Is what Trump used to gain votes.
2. I think the files really dont show any direct evidence type thing. No tapes showing sexual acts, no audio, no pictures, etc. If you are on this site you know without direct evidence all that happens behind closed doors is unknown.... correct. That is why Trump isn't releasing anything. Since no direct evidence all it would lead too is slander and false allegations. Which would be fired right back at him. I mean a list of people who visited an island is all they might have. Not everyone who went to that island did things. Just like everyone who went to a diddy party did things. This is why Biden's DOJ did nothing as well. Again it wasn't to hold political power over others type shit. It was there was no evidence or direct evidence to prosecute. Trump's DOJ found the same shit and now is FUCKED because he promised results but wont be able to produce because there is nothing there that can be used to produce.
3. I also think that there is the CIA type connection too. Which might not be direct evidence of kiddy diddle type stuff... but could give out contacts and what not. Which they want under wraps....for now.
4. People will say "Maxwell" got charged/convicted of a crime so there has to be a "list". She got convicted of Trafficking. Which is easier to get a conviction that convicting "Johns". Again, what happened being the closed doors nobody knows except the two people in that room. But flying people across state lines, collecting money, offering up services, etc. There was paper trail type shit. Both adults and minors by Maxwell. A Shawn Ryan podcast a guest talked about how Clinton got adult guests sent to him.... not minors. What when on with them is a "guess". But they were sent. See what I mean. Again, need direct evidence of what went on behind the doors or it is just he said she said type shit.
5. I do think in the Federal Court doc's that are sealed there might be some stuff or a "list" type thing. But again, need those Judges or the Supreme Court to rule on that for them to be unsealed.
All around this was fucked up on so many levels.
- Trump played his voter base to gain votes (political bullshit)
- Biden could have come out and stated no list was in those files or no direct evidence... but kept that quiet for the election to say "Trump" was Epstein's buddy type shit. (political bullshit)
- Both DOJ's fucked up
- IF there is a list and direct evidence, they need to make anyone on it go to jail, fry, etc. NO MATTER POLITICAL AFFILIATION.
IMHO this is what will happen.
She will plea the 5th alot and say "I dont recall". Dem's will only ask questions about Trump and fucking grandstand. Republicans will Grandstand and only try to refute questions the dem's ask. NOBODY WILL TRY TO GET ANSWERS TO THE REAL QUESTIONS OF WHO ARE THE REAL CLIENTS and WHERE IS THE DIRECT EVIDENCE SO WE CAN PROSECUTE.
That is my take on what will happen if she does actually get to testify.
Now on the whole shit show of the Epstein "list" since his arrest.
1. They fucked up and honestly i think the guards or prison justice happened. Nothing like Clinton killed him or CIA shit. I think the normal they found he was a kiddy trafficker, and they killed him. Like they would any kiddie diddler.
2. Trump/Bondi and the "files". Now they didn't lie perse. They never stated a "list" or they had a "list' . Go back and see the interviews. Politicians do this type of thing to give them "outs". But people hear what they want and so does media. then they twist it and we are where we are right now.
3. Trump used the "list" to floss his voter base to gain votes. Yep he dangled it out there to get votes pure and simple.
4. Biden used the "files" also to gain or try to get votes. What I mean is they used them as "secrecy" type thing as Trump was friends with Epstein... could he be in the files?? That type shit to discredit Trump.
5. I think the files have no direct evidence of sex crimes. I think there are names of Epstein's contacts. But that is it. All that is a list of people....period. Unless you have video, audio, pictures, etc. of sex crimes. YOU HAVE NOTHING. Remember what happens behind closed doors nobody knows. Just like our reviews on this site are "fictional" are not not direct evidence and just hearsay. They are used to gain warrants but are not used as direct evidence of crimes. Just circumstantial evidence... get it. Just like everyone who went to a Diddy party didn't partake in the activities.
6. (see #5) Is why they didn't release the files. It would only lead to false allegations and slander. Which would open the door to false allegations towards TRUMP. So why release them. It is why Biden didn't release anything. NO DIRECT PROOF. So why open the door for false allegations to be floating around against EVERYONE.
7. I think there might/could be evidence in the Federal case files that are sealed. It will take Supreme Court ruling to open them or that court to rule to open them.
9. Maxwell did Traffick both adults and kids. Which is easier to prosecute. A Shawn Ryan podcast guest stated he knew Bill Clinton got women sent to him. Not kids....women. From Maxwell. She was prosecuted for taking them across state lines and what not. Easier to prove and paper trails type thing. Like I stated in #5 harder to convict Johns. When it is victim statements unless it is multiple victims that ID them. (federal case files possibly) Otherwise it is a he said she said.
No matter what if they find direct evidence they need to go after everyone involved no matter political affiliation, celebrity status, royal standing, etc.

Just like Epstein. Hillary will go to any lengths to protect her and Bill's legacy, such that it is.
While Bill may have something to fear from the Epstein files, it seems Trump has a lot more to fear. He's certainly acting like it.

I mentioned I didn't think Epstein was murdered by Clinton or anything like that. I actually think it was just prison justice type thing. They knew he was a kiddie diddler and took him out. OR he knew he was going to be taken out and did it himself.
I also talked about how Billy was getting girls from Maxwell but not underage. A guy on a Shawn Ryan podcast stated this... he said many knew about it. Said bill got girls all the time not just from Maxwell. He mentioned the painting was just Epstein's sick humor nothing nefarious about it.
I also touched base on how BOTH Biden and Trump used the "files" to gain votes or tried to gain votes. Also how both knew nothing was really in them or direct evidence. Enough to hold up in court to prosecute anyone.
I think more is in the federal court records that are sealed. Which has multiple victims testimonies. LIke two or more people naming names. WHICH can be used more as direct evidence... which isn't just a one on one... he said she said type shit.
Anyways.... I dont think anything will happen. Or if she does it will be all..... I dont recall, I plea the 5th. It will be grandstanding by BOTH Parties asking questions. With Dem's ONLY CONCERN is Trump. While Republican only Concern would be refuting what Dem's do. While NOBODY IS TRYING TO GET TO THE FACTS. It will just be a travesty all around.
