Mr. Jackson hasn't been indicted.  There is no "upcoming trial" scheduled as yet and the DOJ has neither indicted him nor filed a "no true bill" or any information that would mean they seek an upcoming trial so from salonpas' statement the thesis follows that:

1)People he doesn't like aren't entitled to medical treatment--that happens regularly in the state and federal prison systems so salonpas might enjoy that environment

2) People he doesn't like are on trial even when nothing  legal has been filed to put them  on trial

Don't jump the gun.

The proud Dem. Congressman has been out of commission for over 6 months.  He claims it is bi-polar depression and there are rumors of serious drug addiction.  Many believe he is just hiding from a corruption investigation and it's all a con. Either way he has publicly stated he is a long way off from returning.  So he's either corrupt or mentally, physically, and emotionally unable to serve.  But why would that stop the mindless sheep from voting for him again?  Democrats aren't stupid. They are well trained dogs that know how to fetch.
