Well, we could also go in a reverse, perverse direction whereby all sports teams are required to have the proper percentage of ethnic backgrounds represented on their team rosters, according to their percentage in the general population. Let’s see..... That would mean that in the NBA where the roster is composed of 15 players, each team would have to carry 9 White guys, 3 Hispanics, 2 Blacks, and 1 token Asian. I can only imagine what the reaction to that edict would be. LOL!

white guys that can play basketball at a high level anymore like a Kobe, LeBron, MJ or Magic.  Lol    It probably won't affect football much, because there are a lot of white linemen, and blacks who are fleet of foot at the skill positions.  Besides basketball, the other sport to take a huge hit would be soccer.  Can you imagine only having three Hispanics on a soccer team in the US?  And they would have to go to Brazil to recruit the two blacks.
