I thought he was supposed to be proud of his actions regarding Vietnam? His campaign is threatening to sue anyone who uses this image.

There is a rather eerie prescience in a section of the epilogue;

"We are asking America to turn from false glory, hollow victory,  fabricated foreign threats, fear which threatens us as a nation, shallow pride which feeds off the fear, and mostly from the promises which have proven so deceiving these past ten years."
