Believe me if Hillary is in, the Republicans won't be blocking her SCOTUS nominees unless she nominates Bernie or something. Hillary is a part of the gang. She'll pass a lot of practical laws and do a lot of good.  
   
 Universal health care would be in, that's for sure. But that would be in even if Trump gets in. Trump's been a supporter of Universal Health Care since he's been Trump. Trump would call it something else to keep Trump crazies comfortable (like remember when Reagan decided to raise taxes he never actually raised taxes - he raised fees).  
   
 Immigration reform will be passed easily. They may even enlist DT to build a wall between Juarez and Las Cruces in order to have Trump people feel alright. She'll try to kick a lot of illegal criminals out but Mexico would have none of it and they end up going to jail here instead. She'd institute a long protracted process of how someone can become US citizen or legal resident, which for an average currently illegal immigrant is the same shit.  
   
 Bye bye Obama economics (thank God!) for Bubba's back (thank God!). People would start feeling comfortable again to spend money. The deficit will be gone in 3 years. You think it's hard to drive now because of all the road work? Wait until the Clintons (or Trump for that matter) is in. Even Waze would have hard time helping you out.  
   
 The world knows better then to fuck with Hillary who is perceived by many on the outside as "the war monger" but unlike Trump is not also perceived as a "total maniac". The world's nations would have no need for post factum apologies on the umpteenth page of some God forgotten periodical. Nobody is going to forget to unroll red carpet when Hillary arrives. The Castros WILL readily meet Hillary at the airport if she decides to visit Cuba, while Hillary and Putin with both being the pros would soon work their relationship out. With Russia and the US largely on the same page and working nicely together and in secret (you know Hillary is notoriously secretive and Putin is bound to like that) the Middle East will soon calm down and before you know we'd be traveling to Damascus to sample some Syrian beef.

Before you know you'd convince me that putting all things together Bush didn't cause as much damage to his country as Obama did.

The only reason you support Obama is because he is black and you believe that everybody else should support him because he is black.  Because looking at Obama's achievements there is little else to support besides him being a"first black president". Looking at all the strife he created in his own country and the misery he facilitated throughout the world, in less civilized countries he probably already would've been overthrown and in exile or worse.
