This lefty isn’t screaming about it because i know Trump posting on Truth Social: “I am hereby declaring a National Holiday in celebration of the Victories in World War I, where the Armistice was signed on November 11,1918, and World War II, where the Victory date was May 8, 1945” means absolutely NOTHING.

A president can’t “enact” a federal holiday by declaring it on social media.  Both houses of Congress have to pass a bill before the president can sign it into law.  

 
What’s even worse is that Trump thinks he came up with the idea of making November 11 the day to celebrate the victory in WWI.  Trump is a fucking moron because he doesn’t know that Veteran’s Day IS Armistice Day.  

 
The Armistice ending WWI was signed on 11/11/1918 at 11:00 am.  Armistice Day was made a federal holiday on 11/11/1919.  It was called “Armistice Day” from 1919 until 1954 when it was changed to “Veteran’s Day” to include the veterans of WWII and the Korean War.  

 
LostSon, who supposedly is a veteran, doesn’t know the significance of “11/11.”  He’s a fucking moron just like Trump.  Anyone who REALLY was a soldier knows what 11/11 means just as any Marine knows what “Belleau Wood” means.  LostSon never served a day in his life.

The armistice was not signed at 11:00am it was signed at 5:00am  and went into effect at 11:00 am  November 11, 1918. You dumb, stupid fat ignorant blubber laden moron.
