Since you seem to believe the only reasons anyone starves are bc of population, and wish to use force to acheive those ends, Ive came up with a solution. If you believe this so strongly, you should put your money where your mouth is. I am starting a movement called the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement. We all have to sacrifice for the greater good, right?
So you should have no problem joining.
It involves us simply taking our own lives, so the others have more food. The ones who believe the strongest in the greater good philosophy, and so heartily preach it, should have no problem doing this. I will join you Willy.

you haven't figured out that for the most part he is simply spamming the Board and is not trying to engage you in good faith debate.

       Say something completely outrageous and wait and see how many swallow the bait whole - actually, I can see how it is probably kind of fun.  He is not a moron or a whacko - he starts off with a legitimate point but then carries it to an absurd extreme to provoke a reaction.

    Now it is easy for me to add him to my Do Not Click list but it is bad for the Board if this constant provoke and "You are a moron" call and response continues. There are reasons why only about 10 to 15 people post here and this one of them. Plus someone who makes a legitimate post gets pushed down below viewing range in a few hours.

I spend a lot more time ridiculing our little troll than I actually spend engaging him in conversation. I actually have no plans in talking to him in the future, but I doubt I can resist the urge to talk "about" him.

"Good faith debate" is the key phrase here, and it is the reason I rarely speak directly to WW,as I agree that he does not engage in such, and the main reason I call him a troll. You and I disagree on many if not most subjects, gambling and the market aside, but as much as it pains me to say, you add value to the conversation where he adds nothing of value.

After watching Cynic repeatedly engage the troll on the Sports Board, it is clear what a fool's errand it is to argue with a troll, I will take your advice under advisement and make an effort to simply ignore the troll. Whether or not I can actually follow through with action, or inaction in this case remains to be seen.
